The Humor in Information Graphics

Typically when we think of great information design we think of an intricate visual that takes complex, and dense information and makes it easy to digest. However some of the best info-graphics I’ve seen lately have been really simple and witty, and usually acting more as a humorous metaphor than actual useful information. Case in point, see this piece of stand-up comedy by Daily Show contributor, Demetri Martin.
