Ping Pong Showcase: Johnny Huang

Johnny Huang is a Chinese-Canadian table tennis champ currently living in Toronto. He took first place in the 1996 Olympics, and has since been regarded as one of the world’s best. He plays for a Belgian club called the Charleroi, and has played pro in Germany, France and Japan. In ’96, Johnny Huang came out first in the Internation Table Tennis Federation overrall standing.  From ’95 to 2000, he was the singles champ of North American men’s division, and has earned the triple crown at the Commonwealth Championships. He also makes just about the awesomest “Pong-face” I’ve ever seen.
