For all of you out there who have yet to be introduced, it is my pleasure bring you the Snuggie. Is it a sweatshirt? Is it a blanket? Who can tell. And does it really matter. With parody’s like these, who really cares?
What is your favorite product? The thigh master? The spray-on hair? The belt that send electric pulses through your abs to create abs of steel? We have all done it. Now it is time to come clean, what mistake did you make at 2am one night that showed up at your door the next day?
There was discussion on the “interwebs” not long ago about a mythical product created when one takes multiple Sham-Wows™ and uses Mighty Mend-It™ to create a super-absorbent Snuggie™. Such products can only live in the creative space of the brain, for if its power were yielded to any one individual, the scales of the world would tilt in the most unholy of ways.
I think the Snuggie would serve well a lot of religious Halloween costumes, such as Jesus, a monk, oh and those guys that do graduations with the big capes. Very multi-faceted.
Unfortunately I can tell you that there are both a snuggie and a set of Sham Wows in my house right now.
The snuggie was a Christmas gift to my wife in an apparent effort to prevent us from having children.
The Sham Wows were an environmental decision made by me. As he says “you are going to spend $20 a month on paper towels anyway…” The data is still incomplete as to our actual savings.
