Oh, the Places You Can Go

I have been interning at 160 for the past 12 weeks, and wow, has the time flown. Working with the awesome crew at 160 has made my first big city living experience one hell of a summer. I have learned so much from 160 through observing during check ins, work sessions, and just being around such talented designers. I had the opportunity to meet and discover the interesting personalities that make up the crew. Check out the poster, which will give you an idea of my time at 160.

I also had a lot of firsts thanks to my experience at 160…check them out.

• Hit the ball for the first time in a softball game
• Watched a storm from 10 flights up make cars below disappear
• Finally experienced working in a room full of testosterone, considering my college’s ratio from girls to guys is 80-20
• Rode my bike to work, only once though, because my back was drenched from Philly’s extreme humidity
• Slept on an air mattress for 12 weeks
• Taken public transportation
• Witnessed insane strategic plays in foosball
• Played an intense, aggressive game of agency world cup soccer
• Worked with such inspirational and skillful designers

Thank you 160 for giving me such a great opportunity and making my experience worthwhile! You guys have been great.
