Successful creative directors in our firm can QB their team’s way through any client challenge, understand production from the inside out, lead presentations, mold great design, shape copy, and direct a healthy critique in a collaborative environment. You’ll own your own accounts while helping to oversee a team of 25 talented creative professionals.

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a graphic designer with at least 2-3 years of agency experience. A beautiful portfolio will get you in the door, but strategic thinking will land you the job. Successful designers in our firm are culture junkies with an encyclopedic knowledge of production techniques, and can successfully navigate client challenges. INTERACTIVE DESIGNER/DEVELOPER

We are looking for an interactive designer with at least 2 years of experience. You should be able to:

Serious design and programming skills are required, motion graphic skills are a tremendous plus. Applicants who do no submit an active working URL will not be considered.

PRODUCTION ARTIST

We are looking for a production artist with 3+ years of experience, with agency time preferred, by not necessary. You will be responsible for the creation of print ready files for multiple agency and client jobs based on the production/printer/publication specifications. This includes long format brochures, tradeshow booths, packaging, presentations, and the list goes on. You’ll be the production manager’s inside eyes to spot potential issues within layouts. Working closely and collaborating with the entire production team is a must. You’ll also throw your hand into archiving and server organization. Obviously, you must know InDesign at the highest level and your Photoshop and Illustrator skills shouldn’t be too shabby either.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

160over90, a growing full-service branding agency located in Center City, Philadelphia, is seeking an account executive with 2-3 years of agency account management or applicable experience (e.g., a client-side marketing manager or sales account executive). The candidate should be able to work with clients on a day-to-day basis to formulate brand strategies and manage integrated marketing campaigns. PRODUCTION INTERN

Hey! 160over90 is looking for a Production Intern. The production artist will assist the production team in releasing projects for print. The position requires a highly motivated individual who can provide support for the production team. The right candidate will be personable, motivated, work well in a team environment and be ready to switch gears at any moment! Responsibilities include; creation of print ready documents, layout, comps/mounting, managing assets/archiving, scanning and typesetting.
